Yes. Your WeTravel account is linked to the email address you use when you sign up and pay your trip deposit.


WeTravel offers two payment options:


  1. Credit Card – A 3.5% processing fee will be added to your payment.
     
  2. ACH (Bank Transfer) – You’ll need to enter your bank’s routing number and your account number.


Your username is the email address you used when signing up.


Contact us at info@terroirtours.com and we’ll help you recover your username.


  1. Go to the WeTravel login page.
     
  2. Click “Forgot My Password.”
     
  3. Follow the prompts to reset your password.


Yes. Log in with your current credentials and update your information in your profile.


  1. Log in to WeTravel.
     
  2. Select “My Trips.”
     
  3. Click on your upcoming trip.
     
  4. Download the PDF itinerary.


  1. Log in to WeTravel.
     
  2. Go to “My Trips.”
     
  3. Select your trip to view your payment schedule and make a payment.


  1. Log in to WeTravel.
     
  2. Go to “My Trips.”
     
  3. Select “Update Personal Information.”


Flight details, timing, and recommendations will be sent to you in trip communication emails:


  • Once per month after you sign up.
     
  • Twice per month starting 3 months before travel.


  1. Log in to WeTravel.
     
  2. Go to “My Trips.”
     
  3. Select “Update Personal Information.”
     
  4. Enter your flight details.


One option is Travelex Insurance. You can choose between two plans:


  • Advantage Plan – Trip cancellation coverage up to $10,000.
  • Ultimate Plan – Trip cancellation coverage up to $25,000.
     

Keep in mind:


  • Choose a plan based on your total trip cost.
  • If you already purchased flights, check whether they are refundable or flexible, as this may influence which plan works best for you.
